What are the age restrictions and acceptable IDs?

Entry is strictly 20 and over. An original government-issued photo ID is required: passport, Japanese driver's license, My Number card, or residence card. Expired IDs, photocopies and student IDs are not accepted.

What are the hours of operation?

Wed & Thu: 9:00PM–4:00AM. Fri & Sat: 10:00PM–4:30AM. Closed Mon, Tue & Sun. Door times may vary by event — check the event calendar.

What time does the guest DJ start?

Set times are not disclosed. Guest DJs usually start after 1:00AM, but this is not guaranteed. We are a nightclub, not a festival — come early and enjoy the full night.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual to upscale nightlife attire is encouraged. Tank tops, shorts, athletic wear and flip-flops may be refused. Entry is at the venue's discretion.

Are there prohibited items?

Outside food and drinks, oversized bags and backpacks, selfie sticks, professional cameras (unapproved filming equipment), and any dangerous or illegal items are prohibited. Bags are subject to search on entry.

Is there a cloakroom?

A cloakroom and lockers are available near the entrance. Please arrive early to allow time at busy periods, and keep valuables with you.

Is re-entry allowed?

No, re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the venue, a new ticket is required to enter again.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas inside the venue, in accordance with Japanese law. Smoking on the dance floor and at tables is not allowed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / UnionPay), QR code payments, and transit IC cards (Suica etc.) are accepted. Credit cards must match the name on your ID.

What is included with a VIP table?

Priority entry through the dedicated VIP entrance, bottle service with a dedicated server, and reserved seating. The minimum spend is a beverage credit used throughout the night. Tables are the only seated option — all other tickets are standing room.

What is the table minimum spend?

It varies by event and table position. Choose a table for your event on the Table Reservations page, or send an inquiry through the contact form and a host will follow up. Tax and service charges are not included in the minimum.

Are tickets available at the door?

A limited number of door tickets may be available, but sell-outs and capacity limits are possible. Buying in advance is cheaper and guarantees entry.

How do I check in for my table? By what time should I arrive?

On arrival, proceed to the dedicated table reservation lane at the entrance. The booker must present photo ID and the credit card used for payment. Please arrive by 1:00AM — we cannot guarantee your table after that. If you are running late, message your host in advance.

What is the table cancellation policy?

Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received at least 48 hours before your reservation date. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Processing fees are non-refundable.

How do I get there? What if I miss the last train?

We are about 5 minutes on foot from Ginza Station (Ginza, Marunouchi and Hibiya lines) and 7 minutes from JR Shimbashi Station. Most guests stay past the last train — take a taxi home, or party until the first trains around 5:00AM.

All ticket sales are final — refunds, cancellations and date changes cannot be accommodated, except when an event is cancelled.

I lost something at the venue

We collect lost items after closing and hold them for a limited period. Use the "Lost & found" option on our contact form with your visit date and a description of the item.
