Delivery
After payment, your entry QR code is shown on the purchase completion screen, and a link to your ticket page is sent to your registered email address. Present the QR code at the venue on the event date.
Quantity Limits
Sales end when the available tickets or tables for each event sell out.
Cancellations and Refunds
- All sales are final. Once the purchase is complete, advance tickets and VIP table deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded for reasons on the customer's side.
- VIP table reservations are cancelled if you have not arrived by 1:00 AM on the event night, and the deposit is not refunded.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, ticket prices and deposits will be refunded.
- If a purchase could not be completed for reasons on our side, such as a duplicate payment, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Refunds may take several days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
- For inquiries about your purchase, please contact info@zoukgrouptky.com. Any refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Entry is limited to guests aged 20 or over. Photo ID is checked at the door; guests who cannot present valid ID will not be admitted and will not be refunded.
